Abstract
► Two thawing methods for human sperm cryopreserved in pellets were evaluated. ► Second method leads to a higher rate of temperature increase and dilution of glycerol. ► Percentage of spermatozoa with fast-linear movement was increased. ► Sperm viability was increased. ► The acrosome damage and chromatin condensation were reduced.
