Abstract
⺠Two thawing methods for human sperm cryopreserved in pellets were evaluated. ⺠Second method leads to a higher rate of temperature increase and dilution of glycerol. ⺠Percentage of spermatozoa with fast-linear movement was increased. ⺠Sperm viability was increased. ⺠The acrosome damage and chromatin condensation were reduced.
