Abstract
Our results show that 1.4Â M ME2SO yields better preservation of isolated PF viability after thawing and 7Â days of IVC than 1.5Â M EG. Alginate constitutes an easy, safe hydrogel matrix to handle and cryopreserve isolated human follicles using ME2SO as a CPA.
