Abstract
⺠Human UCB-MSCs are transfected with green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene. ⺠The pre-labeled cells are routinely cryopreserved and thawed. ⺠Cryopreserved human UCB-MSCs can retain the GFP label when thawed. ⺠Cell phenotype and osteogenic potential are not affected by cryopreservation.
