Abstract
ⶠGrape viticultural regions in Australia yield different grape compositional parameters due to differences in temperature and water availability. ⶠThe increment in atmospheric CO2 had shown an effect in grape composition, mainly in total soluble solids and total anthocyanins content. ⶠIndependent of the region, higher annual temperatures yield grapes with maximum values in total anthocyanins content.
