Abstract
▶ Grape viticultural regions in Australia yield different grape compositional parameters due to differences in temperature and water availability. ▶ The increment in atmospheric CO2 had shown an effect in grape composition, mainly in total soluble solids and total anthocyanins content. ▶ Independent of the region, higher annual temperatures yield grapes with maximum values in total anthocyanins content.
