Abstract
â¶ Productivity levels are compared between rice farming ecosystems in the Philippines. â¶ They differ marginally between irrigated and rainfed ecosystems and over time. â¶ Most producers can improve productivity through better crop management practices. â¶ Technical progress in rice production in the Philippines is absent in recent times.
