Abstract
ⶠDIFN transmitted in the gap between trees is inversely related to canopy closure. ⶠStandard digital cameras can accurately predict DIFN transmitted in the gap between trees. ⶠStand leaf area cannot be accurately represented by one simple stand parameter alone. ⶠUnderstorey pasture production is strongly and linearly related to DIFN transmission.
