Abstract
⺠We examined the effects of sexual harassment on sailfin mollies exposed to different levels of male presence. ⺠Sexual harassment caused a decrease in male body condition and had a direct negative effect on female fitness. ⺠Male sexual harassment behaviours were not additive. ⺠Thus, degree of male harassment towards females and male:female sex ratio appear to have a nonlinear relationship.
