Abstract
⺠Heaviest recruits settled closer to their natal nests and bred in saturated sites. ⺠Females and parasitized males dispersed less when they breed close to other pairs. ⺠Non-parasitized males breeding near to other pairs dispersed more the next year. ⺠Results revealed density-dependent dispersal in a parasitized magpie population.
