Abstract
⺠Mating status affects copulatory and postcopulatory behaviour in M. lignano. ⺠Virgin pairs copulate more frequently and for longer than sexually experienced pairs. ⺠Individuals perform less suck behaviour after copulating with a virgin individual. ⺠Individual may potentially inhibit the suck behaviour of its mating partner.
