Abstract
There was agreement between ACVAA and ECVAA diplomates on the definition of intraoperative hypotension in dogs during anesthesia. The blood pressures used to define hypotension were similar to the pressures that would prompt diplomates to start treatment. Readers could infer that diplomates define hypotension as a clinical condition that requires treatment at the time of diagnosis.
