Abstract
Er3+-doped LnP5O14 (Lnâ¯=â¯La, Gd) ultraphosphates have been synthesized via solid state reaction. The optical properties were investigated by analysis of the photoluminescence emission spectra recorded in 430-900â¯nm and 1450-1600â¯nm wavelength range at room temperature. The prepared phosphors might serve as candidate for solid state lasers applications.178
