Abstract
â¶ Iron oxide mesoporous nanorods could be used in Lithium-batteries as anodes. â¶ Iron oxide mesoporous nanorods have an initial capacity close to the theoretical. â¶ Electrochemical grinding leads to loss of capacity. â¶ Future work should be focused in preventing electrochemical grinding. â¶ Soft-aggregates assure better efficiency in coating methods.
