Abstract
The chiral ruthenium complex Λ-[Ru(phen)2p-MOPIP]2 +(Λ-OMe) can significantly inhibit the proliferation of human gastric cancer MGC-803 cells by inhibiting telomerase activity, arresting cell cycle at the G0/G1 phase, altering the bax/bcl-2 ratio and triggering apoptosis.93
