Abstract
⺠1. Two different novel zinc(II) coordination polymers, [Zn2(Hcpip)2(ox)]n·2nH2O (1) and [Zn4(Hcpip)2(cpip)2(ox)]n·5nH2O (2), have been hydrothermally synthesized by controlling the pH values. ⺠2. The dinuclear zinc(II) units are linked through oxalate anions to form 1D and 2D coordination polymers 1 and 2. ⺠3. The 3D supramolecular structures are constructed by hydrogen bonding and Ïâ¦Ï stacking interactions. ⺠4. Coordination polymers 1 and 2 possess strong luminescence and good thermal stabilities.
