Abstract
⺠A Keggin-type polyoxotungstate-coordinated diplatinum(II) complex was synthesized. ⺠Two cis-platinum(II) moieties were coordinated each to two oxygen atoms with Cs symmetry. ⺠The cis-conformation was highly stable in dimethylsulfoxide and water.
