Abstract
												A new ruthenium(II) complex [Ru(bpy)2(pzta)]2+ (1) [bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine; pzta = 6-(pyrzin2-yl)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diamine] has been synthesized and characterized. This complex exhibits a typical aggregation-induced emission (AIE) behavior that it is faint in solution but intense in the aggregate state.
