Abstract
Two novel luminescent dicopper(I) halide complexes bridged by 3,5-bis{6-(2,2â²-dipyridyl)}pyrazole (HL), [{Cu(PPh3)X}2(μ-HL)] (X = I (1); Br (2)), were synthesized and characterized. It is shown that their photoluminescence behaviors in the solid state can be fine-tuned via the change of the coordinated halide ligands.
