Abstract
A novel homochiral N3O-type chelate was efficiently synthesized based on (1R,2R)-diaminocyclohexane, which involved highly selective N-alkylation. The corresponding cobalt(III) complex has been synthesized and its cis-β-Î-syn isomer was characterized by X-ray crystallography.
