Abstract
Two novel ferromagnetic nickel(II) tricyanomethanide complexes {[Ni(tmeda)(tcm)(H2O)](tcm)}n (1) and [Ni(dien)(tcm)2]n (2) (tmeda = tetramethylethylenediamine, dien = diethylenetriamine and tcm = tricyanomethanide) have been synthesized and structurally characterized.
