Abstract
Three dimensional host cage with diameter of cavity up to 1.4Â nm is architected fully by chiral octahedras M(ox)3(MÂ =Â Mo/Na); the guest molecule Mo(phen)3 with diameter close to 1Â nm occupy the cavities with hydrogen bond interactions; the supra-molecule shows chirality in both molecule and supra-molecule levels.
