Abstract
anti-Substituted β-methylphenylalanine derived amides have been shown to be potent DPP-IV inhibitors exhibiting excellent selectivity over both DPP8 and DPP9. The optimized compound exhibited good pharmacokinetic profiles in three preclinical species.
