Abstract
C5-Ethynyl LNA-U nucleoside 5â²-triphosphate has been synthesized and investigated the enzymatic recognition capabilities. Phusion and KOD DNA polymerases were found to be efficient to incorporate C5-ethynyl LNA-U nucleotides and afforded full-length extension products.
