Abstract
Two series of amino acid-derived heterocyclic progesterone receptor (PR) ligands are reported. Tetrazole-containing ligands behaved as potent PR partial agonists, while 1,2,4-triazole-containing ligands tended to act as PR full agonists in vitro.
