Abstract
The oxindolylidene acetic acids having long N-alkyl chains exhibited strong inhibitory activity toward dual specificity phosphatase Cdc25A.
Graphical abstractN-Alkyl oxindolylidene acetic acids (E)-5d–f and (Z)-5d–f were designed and synthesized, and were found to show strong inhibitory activity towards Cdc25A (IC 50 = 1.6–2.9 μM).Figure optionsDownload full-size imageDownload as PowerPoint slide
