Abstract
A series of novel 8-piperazinyl-2,3-dihydropyrroloisoquinolines, e.g., compound 22, was prepared showing high affinity and selectivity for 5-HT1A, 5-HT1B and 5-HT1D receptors combined with favourable pharmacokinetic properties.
