Abstract
► We develop a microstructured system to realize the oxidation of THEAQH2 in H2O2 synthesis via ethylanthraquinone method. ► 5 μm pore size microfiltration membrane is used as the dispersion medium. ► The microdisperion device can control the microbubbles in the range of 10-200 μm. ► Both oxidation with O2 and air have been studied, respectively. ► The intrinsic reaction kinetics constant is measured.
