Abstract
⺠The effect of a sand bypassing system on a downdrift beach of an inlet is analyzed. ⺠Morphologic variation arising from bypassed sand is captured in EOF modes. ⺠Less bypassed volume is needed to stabilize the downdrift beach than system design.
