Abstract
⺠Transgenic tobacco plants with significant decreased FeSOD by RNAi were obtained. ⺠PSII activity was significantly reduced in transgenic plants. ⺠FeSOD plays an important role in maintaining PSII function by stabilizing PSII complex.
