Abstract
⺠Pyrosequencing-based gene discovery and expression profiling in Manduca sexta. ⺠Identification of 528 up-regulated contigs known or unknown to be immunity-related. ⺠Discovery of 411 contigs preferentially expressed in fat body or hemocytes. ⺠Assembly of 19,504 EST contigs for future gene annotation and proteomic analysis.
