Abstract
⺠dRNaseZ is a JH inducible gene that encodes a tRNA endonuclease. ⺠The genetic knockdown of dRNaseZ impairs tRNA processing, hinders cell growth and proliferation. ⺠Mutant animals are defective in both larval growth and molting.
