Abstract
⺠Thiamethoxam influenced the early growth of plants by increased of root development. ⺠Increased the concentration of protein, reduced the nitrate reductase activity and increased the phenylalanine ammonia-lyase activity, until a certain concentration. ⺠The insecticide increased ear dry weight, the number of fertile tillers, resulting in gains at harvest.
