Abstract
⺠Phosphine induced developmental toxicity in C. elegans. ⺠Phosphine increased glutathione content in worms exhibiting developmental delay. ⺠Diethyl maleate, a glutathione depletor, significantly augmented phosphine-induced developmental delay. ⺠GSH appeared to be crucial for survival and development in worms under PH3 exposure.
