Abstract
⺠Fipronil (FPN)-induced dose- and time-dependent inhibitory effects on Sf9 cells. ⺠PFN-induced G2/M phase arrest related to increased OH, depleted GSH and ATPase. ⺠FPN-induced an overproduction of ROS contributed to the apoptosis of Sf9 cells.
