Abstract
⺠PASA-PCR/gel electrophoresis detects G143S QoI resistance mutation with limited sensitivity. ⺠Real Time PCR assay effectively detecting 1:10,000 resistant (S143):sensitive (G143) genotypes. ⺠No significant proportion of the 143S resistant allele was detected in field isolates from Greece.
