Abstract
⺠Genotoxic effects of Fenaminosulf, fungicide and micro-biocide were examined by using mitotic index and Comet assay on the root cells of Allium cepa. ⺠Different concentrations of Fenaminosulf were introduced to onion tuber roots. ⺠The data were subjected to Duncan multiple range tests and p < 0.05 was accepted as significant value. ⺠While MI and prophase index increased, the others decreased in all concentrations compared to control. ⺠DNA damage was also observed by Comet assay.
