Abstract
The complexity of the overexpression of SbMYB2 or SbMYB7 transgenic tobacco and WT response to the treatment of NaCl, Mannitol and ABA. Under the stress of NaCl, mannitol and ABA, overexpression of SbMYB2 or SbMYB7 transgenic tobacco could use their increased phenylpropanoid contents to scavenging reactive oxygen (ROS) first. Whereas WT must through the normal way to resist the NaCl, mannitol and ABA stress, signal sensing perception and transduction, transcription control, gene activation and ROS scavenging.
