Abstract
⺠We study the response mechanisms of cucumber to hypoxic stress by proteomics. ⺠Primary pathway was increased under hypoxia. ⺠Nitrogen and secondary pathways were inhibited under hypoxic stress. ⺠Acyl-[acyl-carrier-protein] desaturase was increased to stabilize membranes.
