Abstract
⺠Two PKs with MAPK properties were detected in etiolated cucumber cotyledons. ⺠FR light rapidly and transiently stimulated MAPK activity by a VLFR of phytochrome. ⺠The results suggest that MAPKs are involved in phytochrome signal transduction.
