Abstract
⺠Oryzalin and EPC inhibit seedlings growth with different effect on root morphology. ⺠Oryzalin but not EPC causes loss of cell anisotropy. ⺠An EPC-resistant rice cell line remains susceptible to Oryzalin. ⺠α- and β-Tubulin level of protein is under post-transcriptional control. ⺠The EPC-resistant cell line contains α-tubulin isoforms with a more basic pIs.
