Abstract
⺠Salinity cause the overproduction of ROS in chloroplasts of cucumber seedlings. ⺠Salinity-induced oxidative damage to the structure of photosynthetic apparatus. ⺠Spm increased the photochemical efficiency of salt-stressed cucumber leaves. ⺠Spm regulated antioxidant systems in chloroplast of the salt-stressed plants.
