Abstract
⺠Bottle gourd grafting to improve watermelon salt tolerance studied by proteomics. ⺠Enzymes in Calvin cycle, glycolytic pathway and TCA cycle were increased. ⺠Biosynthesis of amino acids, peroxisome and carotenoid were also increased. ⺠Increased salt resistance depends on enhancement of these metabolic processes.
