Abstract
⺠FT cDNA was isolated and characterized in spring orchid for the first time. ⺠CgFT was expressed more in young flower buds than in mature flowers in spring orchid. ⺠CgFT upregulate expression of LFY, AP1, FUL and SEP1 to promote flowering in vitro.
