Abstract
A general decrease in protein abundance, as a consequence of the Holm oak response to Phytophthora cinnamomi inoculation, was observed. This tendency is clearly manifested for chloroplastic enzymes including photosynthesis, carbohydrate, amino acid and sulfolipid metabolism.
