Abstract
⺠NRP (Asparagine-rich protein) expression under stress in Arabidopsis thaliana. ⺠NRP expression increases in response to salt, ozone, mechanical perturbation. ⺠Stressed nrp knockout seedlings revealed growth inhibition. ⺠NRP-GFP translocates to mitochondria in response to stress. ⺠NRP contributes to signal transduction in initial phase of general stress response.
