Abstract
⺠Global gene expression comparison between gibberellin-treated and control citrus buds. ⺠Flavonoid and trehalose metabolisms are altered in GA-treated buds. ⺠The expressions of flowering control genes are usually reduced by GA treatment. ⺠The expression of the gene LFY is induced upon GA-treatment. ⺠The expression of FT is by far higher in the buds than in leaves.
