Abstract
⺠We analyzed salicylic acid (SA)-responsive proteome of cucumber cotyledons. ⺠In our study 63 differentially expressed proteins were found. ⺠In our study 59 proteins were identified successfully, and 97% have been matched to cucumber proteins. ⺠They were mainly involved in antioxidative reaction, photosynthesis, carbohydrate metabolism. ⺠Protein interaction network revealed 13 key proteins participating in SA-induced resistance.
