Abstract
⺠Molecular mechanism of chromium toxicity response is poorly documented in plants. ⺠Miscanthus sinensis is relatively heavy metal tolerant biomass crop. ⺠Proteomic analysis was done in M. sinensis root under Cr stress for the first time. ⺠Several novel Cr-induced proteins were identified along with other known proteins.
