Abstract
â¶ Perennial ryegrass population shows large variation in submergence tolerance. â¶ The population structure (Q) model was the best to describe associations between SSR and physiological traits. â¶ Fifteen SSR markers were associated with a reduction in Fv/Fm, plant height, and relative growth rate under submergence stress using the Q model.
