Abstract
⺠Biomarkers may be used to make evidence based decisions to optimize olive cryostorage. ⺠Osmotica can affect antioxidant, ROS, sugar and proline profiles in olive somatic embryos. ⺠Data suggests a putative involvement of ROS in cryopreservation-induced stress in olive cultures.
