Abstract
⺠Using RILs, a new genetic map was constructed comprising 719 marker loci. The total map length was 4008.4 cM and the marker density was 7.15 cM. ⺠Forty QTLs were firstly detected for fatty acid content in five environments, with single QTL explaining 3.6-58.1% of phenotypic variations. ⺠Six co-located QTLs occurred on chromosomes 1B, 1D, 2D, 5D, and 6B.
